Where Did Your Limiting Beliefs Come From? This Free Workbook Shows You the Origin of Yours.
See where a limiting belief came from, what has kept it alive, and take the first step to replace it.
If you're the one who always forgets, or the one who's bad at money, or the one who's just not creative: when did you decide that?
You probably didn't.
It came from somewhere: something someone said, something that happened, or a pattern that kept repeating, until it started to sound like a fact about you.
You don't remember agreeing. Nobody gave you an argument.
And it costs you. You skip the class, the pitch, the attempt, because you already know how it ends.
Someone in my family said everything twice. Then they added the same three words: before you forget. I heard it for years, and I started to forget things. I told people I had a bad memory, like it was a fact I had always known about myself. It cost me my memory, and it cost me the ability to believe I could remember. I never tried to fix it, because I was the one who forgot.
From "that's just who I am" to "I know where that came from."
A belief that sticks has forces behind it: repetition, identity, and the people you repeat it to. Once you can see which one kept yours alive, it stops being a fact about you. It becomes a message you can test.
This isn't for people who want to repeat a nice phrase and hope. It's for people willing to ask where a belief came from and test it against their own life.
I first doubted my story around 30. I started asking how to see what my beliefs were and change them. This workbook walks you through that, one small step at a time.
Six parts. One belief. One card you keep.
- Name the Belief: list yours, and start with the smallest so your first win comes fast.
- Trace the Source: find out where it came from, and which force kept it alive.
- Ask Why Five Times: get underneath the belief.
- The Times It Was Not True: check it against your own life.
- Replace It: write three affirmations you can believe, then do one small thing.
- Your Belief Card: keep it on one page, and add the next belief when you are ready.
If affirmations have felt fake to you, it's because they asked you to believe too much too fast. These start with one you already believe.
Keep the sentence, or find out where it came from.
You can keep carrying a sentence somebody handed you. Or you can trace it, test it, and write a better one.
Start with the smallest belief you can find. Part 1 takes about 20 minutes. It's free.
